SPR# PSEO5PQR44 - Fixed a migration tools crash on long content-type header.

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and is
currently under investigation. In one particular case, the migration tool
crash occurred when migrating messages with .SDW file attachments, as follows:
Default Document Extension: sdw
Mime Content Type: application/vnd.stardivision.writer
